Receptions & Other Events
Pricing:
Reception: $2,100
Up to 6 hours of time (*i.e., 4:00 pm - 10:00 pm). This includes your main event only, including decorating, personal setup and take down, etc. (reception/event must end by 9:00 pm)
Additional Luncheon/Dinner: $400
An additional 2 hours of time (*i.e., 11:00 am - 3:00 pm) – includes all amenities for reception, plus new table topper linens and a head table that fits six people or sweetheart table that fits two
Additional Full Ceremony/Ring Ceremony/Ring Exchange: $300
An additional 1.5 hours of time (*i.e., 11:00 am - 3:00 pm) – includes up to 100 chairs, decorative arches, a cordless microphone, and sound system
*Luncheons and ceremonies may be paired together or with a reception with fees stated above. Stand-alone events are available with the rental fee starting at $2,100.

*A copy of the food preparer’s food handler permit is required. All food must be prepared at home.

The Grand Ballroom will set up and take down all of the venue’s included items, manage room changes (if needed), and clean the venue after your event is completed.

4 banquet tables (6’ long each) for gifts, pictures, and food.

2 tallboy tables for a welcome table and to display a cake.

Floor length linens for round and banquet tables (white or ivory).

Access to the Main Bride’s/Groom’s/Prep room.

Use of kitchen facilities to heat, store, and serve food.

Surround sound stereo system with ability to play your choice of music from your device or use of Grand Piano.

55” flat screen TV (guest must bring cord/adapter to connect via HDMI. You are in charge of hooking up the video to the TV).

Preparation:

Planning meeting: held one month prior to the wedding. Rental fee will be due at this meeting (check, cash, Venmo, or *Credit/Debit cards (*3% processing fee) If you use Venmo, please send it to @TheGrand-Ballroom and include your event date.

We encourage you to place “Enter through East doors” on your wedding invitations.

Decorate: the day of the event. (If you exceed the allotted time, extra time is $150/hr)
